Breaking the Habit… slowly
Okay, I’ve cut down on my nicotine fix. I now limit myself to 10 sticks a day. I know it doesn’t seem much, but it’s hard to totally quit once you get to this point. I don’t want to fool myself into thinking that I can just kick the habit abruptly. I’m tired of getting disappointed.
Baby steps, baby steps. I’ll get there, eventually.
